California High School Softball - Watsonville bounces Greenfield

April 12, 2025: Watsonville, CA 95076

The Watsonville Wildcatz softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Greenfield Bruins to 1 in the Wildcatz non-league win on Saturday.

The Wildcatz now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Everett Alvarez for a PCAL - Gabilan battle on Wednesday, April 16. Watsonville will confront a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Monterey (Monterey, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Greenfield moves to 5-9 on the season. The Bruins host Seaside (Seaside, CA) to confront the Spartans in a PCAL - Cypress battle on Wednesday, April 16. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 1-4. Seaside won 18-13 in their recent non-league battle against St. Francis (Watsonville, CA)
