The North Vermilion Patriots softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Loreauville Tigers to 0 in the Patriots non-league win on Saturday.

The Patriots now possess a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catholic of Pointe Coupee for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. North Vermilion will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 22-11.
