New Mexico High School Softball - Los Alamos bounces Pojoaque Valley

The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) and the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM), observed Los Alamos's softball team prevail over Pojoaque Valley by a tally of 20-8.
The Hilltoppers (10-5) will now prepare for their bout against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos go into the 4A District 2 bout with a 13-5 record. In their last bout, Moriarty knocked off Taos (Taos, NM), 10-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Elks/Elkettes clash with the Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) in a 4A District 2 bout, on Wednesday, April 16. Pojoaque Valley will attempt to advance on its 3-15 season record. The Sundevils go into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 16-1 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM).
