The Cambridge Bobcats baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Union Local Jets to 4 in the Bobcats league victory on Wednesday.
The Bobcats (4-0) will now prepare for their match against St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH). The Red Devils go into the Ohio Valley Athletic AAAA match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, St. Clairsville was overwhelmed by Bellaire (Bellaire, OH), 8-4, in a non-league match.
The Jets (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Brooke (Wellsburg, WV). The Bruins go into the non-league match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Brooke tipped Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH), 13-12, in a non-league match.
