Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Freeport loses to North Catholic

The Freeport Yellowjackets baseball team (Freeport, PA), was overwhelmed 15-5 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA)

The Trojans now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Indiana for a WPIAL 4A 1 outing on Tuesday, April 19. North Catholic will face a Little Indians team coming off a 6-5 league win over Highlands (Natrona Heights, PA). The Little Indians record now stands at 5-2.

Next, the Yellowjackets face the Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 14. Freeport will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 15-1 league win over Northgate (Pittsburgh, PA).
