Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Chapel Hill Tigers (Chapel Hill, NC), 13-12 in a league battle.

The Chargers now have a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carrboro for a DAC-VII/N. Lakes Athletic/Central/Mid-Carolina battle on Monday, April 25.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 14. Chapel Hill will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 11-1 record after their 25-4 league win over Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC).
