North Carolina High School Soccer - First Flight knocks off Holmes

The First Flight Nighthawks soccer team scored 9 points and limited the host Holmes Aces to 1 in the Nighthawks league victory on Wednesday.

Next, the Nighthawks face the Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A challenge, on Monday, April 25. First Flight will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 9-0 league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC).

The Aces now possess a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Camden County for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A challenge on Monday, April 25. Holmes will confront a Bruins team coming off a 9-0 league win over Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 6-6.
