The Columbiana Clippers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Southern Indians to 1 in the Clippers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Columbiana improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Clippers host Weir (Weirton, WV) to clash with the Red Riders in a non-league game on Friday, April 15. The Red Riders come into the game with a record of 13-3. Weir lost 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Crescent (Iva, SC)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the United Golden Eagles (Hanoverton, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 18. Southern will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a 2-1 record after their 0-0 non-league Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH).
