The Webster County Trojans crushed the visiting Dawson Springs Panthers baseball team by a tally of 18-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now hold a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caldwell County for a non-league bout on Monday, April 17. Webster County will face a Tigers team coming off a 18-17 non-league loss to Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 10-6.
Next, the Panthers face the Christian Fellowship Eagles (Benton, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 14. Dawson Springs will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Fulton County (Hickman, KY).
