California High School Baseball - Freedom holds off Liberty

April 13, 2023: Oakley, CA 94561

Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA) and the visiting Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA), saw Freedom's baseball squad beat Liberty by a margin of 5-1.

Coming up next, the Falcons play the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 15. Freedom will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Dons enter the battle with a 12-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Dublin (Dublin, CA).

The Lions now sport a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Encinal for a non-league battle on Friday, April 14. Liberty will play a Jets squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Jets record now stands at 5-8.
