The Somerville Highlanders baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Medford Mustangs to 1 in the Highlanders league victory on Thursday.
The Highlanders (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA). The Rams go into the Greater Boston match with a 4-1 record.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Woburn Memorial (Woburn, MA). The Tanners go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Woburn Memorial was edged by Lexington (Lexington, MA), 10-2, in a league match.
