The Newmarket Mules baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Nute Rams to 6 in the Mules league victory on Thursday.
The Mules (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Epping (Epping, NH). The Blue Devils come into the Division IV challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Epping was overwhelmed by Portsmouth Christian Academy (Dover, NH), 13-2, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Nute falls to 0-1 on the season. The Rams host Portsmouth Christian Academy (Dover, NH) to battle the Eagles in a Division IV challenge on Wednesday, April 19. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
