St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Cadets battle the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Saturday, April 15. St. Joseph will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Stamford (Stamford, CT).

With the loss, Greenwich drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Warde (Fairfield, CT) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Monday, April 17. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 1-3. Warde won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Norwalk (Norwalk, CT)
