The Lexington Wildcats walloped the visiting Aiken Fighting Green Hornets lacrosse team by a final score of 17-3 in Thursday's non-league match.
With the win, Lexington betters its record to 12-3 on the season. The Wildcats host Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC) to meet the Braves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Braves enter the challenge with a record of 10-6. Socastee won 18-7 in their recent league challenge against St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC)
The Fighting Green Hornets now sport a 7-9 record.
