The crowd at Thursday's league game between the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) and the visiting Apex Cougars (Apex, NC), saw Apex Friendship's lacrosse team top Apex by a margin of 15-3.
The Patriots (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies enter the non-league game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Heritage was overwhelmed by Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC), 10-9, in a non-league game.
The Cougars (3-11) will now prepare for their game against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs enter the Southwest Wake game with a 5-7 record.
