The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Valwood Valiants (Valdosta, GA) and the visiting Tiftarea Academy Panthers (Chula, GA), saw Valwood's soccer squad beat Tiftarea Academy by a count of 4-0.

The Valiants now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Terrell Academy for a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 3 test on Tuesday, April 18. Valwood will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Deerfield-Windsor (Albany, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Tiftarea Academy drops to 2-5 on the season. The Panthers host Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA) to meet the Generals in a non-league test on Friday, April 14. The Generals come into the test with a record of 10-0. Georgia Christian won 10-0 in their recent league test against Grace Christian Academy (Bainbridge, GA)
