The Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders softball team (Gatlinburg, TN), was routed 17-1 in Thursday's league test with the host Alcoa Tornadoes (Alcoa, TN)

Coming up next, the Tornadoes clash with the Baylor Red Raiders (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 14. Alcoa will attempt to improve on its 15-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 7-2 record after their 12-5 league win over Girls Prep (Chattanooga, TN).

The Highlanders (3-5) will now prepare for their test against West (Knoxville, TN). The Rebels come into the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, West was routed by Powell (Powell, TN), 15-2, in a league test.
