Maryland High School Softball - Northern knocked off by Allegany

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Allegany Campers (Cumberland, MD) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Northern Huskies (Accident, MD), by a margin of 10-0.
With the triumph, Allegany moves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Campers host St. James (Hagerstown, MD) to play the Saints in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 15. The Saints come into the contest with a record of 1-3. St. James lost 7-5 in their recent non-league contest against Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV)
In their next game, the Huskies play the Southern Rams (Oakland, MD) in a Western Maryland contest, on Tuesday, April 18. Northern will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record.
