Chiloquin Panthers/Queens (Chiloquin, OR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA), 19-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers/Queens now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Illinois Valley for a 2A/1A-SD6 Special District 5 challenge on Friday, April 21.
With the loss, Tulelake falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Honkers travel to Modoc (Alturas, CA) to face the Braves in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. The Braves enter the challenge with a record of 7-6.
