California High School Softball - Crossroads can't get by Viewpoint

In Thursday's league contest, the Viewpoint Patriots (Calabasas, CA) softball team held off the host Crossroads Roadrunners (Santa Monica, CA), by a margin of 1-0.
With the triumph, Viewpoint moves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Patriots host Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA) to play the Owls in a Gold Coast contest on Tuesday, April 18. The Owls come into the contest with a record of 2-5. Oakwood lost 6-5 in their recent non-league contest against Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA)
In their next game, the Roadrunners play the Campbell Hall Vikings (North Hollywood, CA) in a Gold Coast contest, on Monday, April 17. Crossroads will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
