Toronto Red Knights (Toronto, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Harrison Central Huskies (Cadiz, OH), 17-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Knights now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bridgeport for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. Toronto will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Madonna (Weirton, WV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Harrison Central falls to 7-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH) to battle the Redskins in a Buckeye 8 challenge on Friday, April 14. The Redskins enter the challenge with a record of 9-2. Indian Creek lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV)
