In Thursday's league outing, the host Tularosa Wildcats softball team scored a nice 16-1 win over the Mescalero Apache Chiefs.
Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Capitan Tigers (Capitan, NM) in a A/2A District 3 outing, on Tuesday, April 18. Tularosa will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 9-2 record after their 13-1 league win over Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM).
The Chiefs (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM). The SonBlazers enter the A/2A District 3 outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, Mesilla Valley Christian School was routed by Tularosa (Tularosa, NM), 15-0, in a league outing.
