The Nemaha Central Thunder softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Sabetha Bluejays to 2 in the Thunder league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Nemaha Central improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Thunder travel to Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS) to clash with the Cyclones in a non-league game on Monday, April 17. The Cyclones come into the game with a record of 5-5.

In their next game, the Bluejays clash with the Perry-Lecompton Kaws (Perry, KS) in a Big Seven game, on Monday, April 17. Sabetha will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Kaws come into the game with a 5-5 record after their 22-9 league loss to Jefferson West (Meriden, KS).
