With the win, Southeastern upgrades its record to 12-13 on the season. The Mustangs host Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL) to battle the Hornets in a non-league test on Monday, April 15. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 14-12.

With the defeat, Altamont falls to 7-8 on the season. The Knights travel to Shelby County (Columbiana, AL) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 16. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 21-9. Shelby County won 10-1 in their recent non-league test against Bibb County (Centreville, AL)
