Colorado High School Baseball - Rye prevails Crowley County

Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Rye Thunderbolts (Rye, CO) and the host Crowley County Chargers (Ordway, CO), saw Rye's baseball squad beat Crowley County by a margin of 15-6.

Coming up next, the Thunderbolts play the Peyton Panthers (Peyton, CO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 16. Rye will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 8-2 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Buena Vista (Buena Vista, CO).

The Chargers now sport a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Branson/Kim for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 16. Crowley County will play a Bearcats squad coming off a 19-9 non-league loss to Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-1.
