The Kettering Captains baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers to 3 in the Captains non-league victory on Saturday.

The Captains (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Mott (Waterford, MI). The Corsairs go into the Lakes Valley match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Mott was overwhelmed by Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI), 14-2, in a non-league match.

The Lakers (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Greenhills (Ann Arbor, MI). The Gryphons go into the Catholic C-D C match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Greenhills tipped Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy (Brighton, MI), 4-3, in a non-league match.
