The Monte Vista Mustangs volleyball team (Danville, CA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA)

The Dons (19-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA). The Mariners come into the non-league challenge with a 18-4 record. In their last challenge, Moreau Catholic nudged Washington (Fremont, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 13. Monte Vista will attempt to move on its 10-15 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 15-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA).
