In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Desert Ridge Jaguars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mountain View Toros.

The Jaguars (19-10) will now prepare for their battle against Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ). The Aztecs come into the 6A Central battle with a 5-17 record. In their last battle, Corona del Sol went down by American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Toros encounter the Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ) in a 6A East Valley battle, on Tuesday, April 16. Mountain View will attempt to move on its 10-12 season record. The Mountain Lions come into the battle with a 11-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ).
