New York High School Volleyball - Iona Prep over Mott Haven

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) and the visiting Mott Haven Mavericks (Bronx, NY), saw Iona Prep's volleyball squad beat Mott Haven by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Iona Prep upgrades its record to 9-0 on the year. The Gaels host Salesian (New Rochelle, NY) to play the Eagles in a bout on Tuesday, April 16. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

The Mavericks now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to South Bronx for a non-league bout on Monday, April 15.
