Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA), 7-5 in a non-league test.

The Bobcats now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Osbourn Park for a Cedar Run test on Thursday, April 18. Battlefield will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to Woodbridge (Woodbridge, VA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-9.

In their next game, the Seahawks face the Centreville Wildcats (Clifton, VA) in a Concorde test, on Friday, April 19. South Lakes will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 3-8 record after their 14-9 league loss to Oakton (Vienna, VA).
