The Bath County Wildcats softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting East Jessamine Jaguars to 5 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Bath County moves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Powell County (Stanton, KY) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league game on Monday, April 15. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 2-5.
In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 16. East Jessamine will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Generals come into the game with a 9-8 record after their 10-2 league win over Tates Creek (Lexington, KY).
