The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Magnificat Blue Streaks (Rocky River, OH) and the visiting Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH), saw Magnificat's softball squad achieve victory over Berkshire by a count of 16-4.

The Blue Streaks now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perkins for a non-league match on Monday, April 15. Magnificat will face a Pirates squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Ontario (Ontario, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Berkshire falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Badgers host Cardinal (Middlefield, OH) to face the Huskies in a Chagrin Valley - Valley match on Monday, April 15. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 3-2. Cardinal won 21-19 in their recent non-league match against Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH)
