Peshtigo Bulldogs (Peshtigo, WI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Sevastopol Pioneers (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 5-4 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southern Door for a Packerland challenge on Tuesday, April 23.

With the loss, Sevastopol falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Mishicot (Mishicot, WI) to face the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 5-0.
