Nevada High School Softball - Pyramid Lake topped by Virginia City

The Virginia City Muckers softball team scored 26 runs and limited the host Pyramid Lake Lakers to 11 in the Muckers league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Virginia City moves its record to 6-8 on the year. The Muckers host Whittell (Zephyr Cove, NV) to play the Warriors in a 1A Northern game on Monday, April 15. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-9. Whittell lost 19-2 in their recent league game against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV)
In their next game, the Lakers play the Carlin Railroaders (Carlin, NV) in a 1A Northern game, on Friday, April 19. Pyramid Lake will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Railroaders come into the game with a 8-4 record after their 13-2 league loss to Wells (Wells, NV).
