Georgia High School Baseball - Islands defeats Bryan County

April 13, 2026: Savannah, GA 31410

The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) and the visiting Bryan County Redskins (Pembroke, GA), saw Islands's baseball team gain a win over Bryan County by a tally of 6-0.

The Sharks (10-17) will now prepare for their battle against Groves (Garden City, GA). The Rebels enter the AAA Region 3 battle with a 2-15 record. In their last battle, Groves held off Savannah (Savannah, GA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Redskins face the Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 15. Bryan County will attempt to upgrade on its 15-14 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 10-7 record after their 12-0 non-league win over McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA).
