In Monday's league game, the visiting Greeneville Greene Devils baseball team scored a nice 15-2 win over the Cherokee Chiefs.
The Greene Devils (24-7) will now prepare for their game against Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league game with a 17-11 record. In their last game, Science Hill knocked off Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN), 13-7, in a non-league game.
Next, the Chiefs play the West Ridge Wolves (Blountville, TN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 14. Cherokee will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Wolves go into the game with a 10-10 record after their 15-9 non-league win over Gate City (Gate City, VA).
