Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Valley View loses to West Scranton

In Monday's league bout, the West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA), by a tally of 9-0.

Next up, the Invaders encounter the Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) in a Lackawanna 1 bout, on Thursday, April 16. West Scranton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Cavaliers enter the bout with a 4-6 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA).

The Cougars (1-8) will now prepare for their bout against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns enter the Lackawanna 1 bout with a 6-3 record. In their last bout, Wallenpaupack Area was overwhelmed by Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA), 11-0, in a league bout.
