In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Lonoke Jackrabbits softball team scored a tight 11-6 win over the Rison Wildcats.

The Jackrabbits now possess a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuttgart for a 4A Region 6 battle on Tuesday, April 14. Lonoke will confront a Ricebirds team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Baptist Prep (Little Rock, AR). The Ricebirds record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Rison moves to 2-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Junction City (Junction City, AR) to confront the Dragons in a non-league battle on Monday, April 13. The Dragons come into the battle with a record of 2-9.
