With the win, Atkins upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Camels travel to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to battle the Cougars in a Mid-State 3A test on Tuesday, April 19. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 10-7. Rockingham County lost 14-5 in their recent non-league test against Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC)

With the defeat, Parkland falls to 0-16 on the season. The Mustangs host Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC) to battle the Furies in a non-league test on Monday, April 18. The Furies come into the test with a record of 4-8. Forsyth Country Day lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against North Cross (Roanoke, VA)
