Arizona High School Baseball - Boulder Creek nudged by Mountain Ridge

The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions nudged the host Boulder Creek Jaguars baseball team by a tally of 2-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Mountain Lions now hold a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinnacle for a 6A Desert Valley bout on Saturday, April 16. Mountain Ridge will face a Pioneers team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Liberty (Peoria, AZ). The Pioneers record now stands at 12-10.

Next, the Jaguars face the Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) in a 6A Desert Valley bout, on Tuesday, April 19. Boulder Creek will attempt to advance on its 15-11 season record. The Mountain Lions enter the bout with a 16-5 record after their 5-1 league loss to Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ).
