The Collegiate Cougars crushed the host Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils baseball team by a count of 7-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Woodberry Forest for a Virginia Prep bout on Tuesday, April 19. Collegiate will face a Tigers team coming off a 16-8 league loss to Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-10.
Next, the Blue Devils face the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) in a Virginia Prep bout, on Friday, April 22. Fork Union Military Academy will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Saints enter the bout with a 3-7 record after their 8-4 league loss to St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA).
