The Concordia Lutheran Crusaders the host St. John XXIII Lions baseball team by a count of 5-2 in Thursday's league bout.
The Crusaders now possess a 21-4 record. They take the field next when they host Kelly Catholic for a TAPPS Division I District 4 bout on Tuesday, April 19. Concordia Lutheran will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 6-2 league win over St. Thomas Catholic (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-18.
Next, the Lions face the St. Pius X Panthers (Houston, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 4 bout, on Tuesday, April 19. St. John XXIII will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 12-9 record after their 9-1 league win over St. Thomas Catholic (Houston, TX).
