The Goodland Cowboys baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Hugoton Eagles to 3 in the Cowboys league victory on Thursday.
The Cowboys (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Ulysses (Ulysses, KS). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 3-2 record.
The Eagles (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Colby (Colby, KS). The Eagles go into the Great West match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Colby ran past Burlington (Burlington, CO), 8-4, in a non-league match.
