The Hot Springs Tigers baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Hatch Valley Bears to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers (7-9) will now prepare for their match against Cobre (Bayard, NM). The Indians go into the 3A District 3 match with a 8-8 record. In their last match, Cobre ran past Socorro (Socorro, NM), 13-0, in a league match.
The Bears (2-15) will now prepare for their match against Socorro (Socorro, NM). The Warriors go into the 3A District 3 match with a 1-12 record. In their last match, Socorro was overwhelmed by Cobre (Bayard, NM), 13-0, in a league match.
