Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) and the visiting Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV), saw McQueen's baseball squad knock off Reed by a count of 9-3.

Coming up next, the Lancers play the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a 5A North battle, on Saturday, April 16. McQueen will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 10-9 record after their 8-7 league win over Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV).
