Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Mercer loses to West Middlesex

The West Middlesex Big Reds crushed the host Mercer Mustangs baseball team by a count of 15-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Big Reds now possess a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Slippery Rock for a non-league bout on Monday, April 18. West Middlesex will face a Rockets team coming off a 3-3 league Hickory (Hermitage, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 3-2.

Next, the Mustangs face the Reynolds Raiders (Greenville, PA) in a District 10 Region 1 bout, on Friday, April 15. Mercer will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 22-1 league loss to Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA).
