The Lancaster Mennonite Blazers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Ephrata Mountaineers to 0 in the Blazers league victory on Thursday.
The Blazers now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reading for a non-league game on Saturday, April 16. Lancaster Mennonite will meet a Red KNights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA). The Red KNights record now stands at 2-4.
The Mountaineers (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Cocalico (Denver, PA). The Eagles enter the Lancaster Lebanon game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Cocalico dropped by Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA), 3-1, in a league game.
