The Mooresville Blue Devils baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders to 0 in the Blue Devils league victory on Thursday.
The Blue Devils (11-2) will now prepare for their match against Charlotte Stampede (Charlotte, NC). The Stampede go into the non-league match with a 12-3 record. In their last match, Charlotte Stampede was overwhelmed by Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC), 3-2, in a non-league match.
The Wonders (1-10) will now prepare for their match against North Stanly (New London, NC). The Comets go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, North Stanly gained a win over Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 8-7, in a league match.
