In Thursday's non-league game, the host Dorman Cavaliers baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the James F. Byrnes Rebels.
The Cavaliers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Riverside (Greer, SC). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record.
The Rebels (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Greenville (Greenville, SC). The Red Raiders go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Greenville was edged by Mauldin (Mauldin, SC), 7-5, in a non-league game.
