North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME), 7-4 in a league test.

The Panthers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kents Hill School for a non-league test on Thursday, April 21.

In their next game, the Flyers face the Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 21. Waynflete will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Rangers come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 13-5 league loss to York (York, ME).
